fucidin crema costo Hi, my name is Pat Sorrell. I am about to take on a new adventure and would love to have you join me. found my way to yoga after teaching fitness classes for many years. My body was slowly breaking down. I was experiencing leg and back pain and my muscles always ached. My body was screaming and I wasn't listening. Yoga changed all that and more. In 2006, I took my first yoga class after my fitness class. It was amazing! The long stretches and poses helped me to relax the muscles I had used just an hour earlier. I was hooked. I later became a certified instructor. Slowly I began to introduce yoga poses into the fitness classes, emphasizing body awareness, and relaxing the body at the end of each class. Now, I teach only yoga. I found health and happiness through yoga and I love to share it with others.Find Out More

The rhythmic beat of the drums made me want to join in. Everyone seemed to be having such a good time. Since that day, I have enjoyed and participated in drum circles up and down the east coast. We moved to a sleepy little community, but there was a lot of interest. So, I decided to put a drum circle together. I worked with Julie and Greg Florin, percussionists from the Raleigh area, I studied the writings of Author Hull and Jim Donovan and I was fortunate to spend 3 days with Holorhythms in Virginia playing and studying techniques.

Each month we seem to have another new face ready to join in. It’s amazing. Now when I think back to that day in San Francisco, I realize it wasn’t just rhythmic beat that drew me in, it was the music community, playing together, making that rhythmic beat!
