Jolārpettai March was the month for change. There are a quite few things I learned about change that are worth noting; 1. Mother Teresa said 'I alone cannot change the world but I can cast a stone across the water and create many ripples.' 2. Things you cannot change; Life. It is not fair People. They will let you down Having control. Sometimes, things turn out differently. 3. Things you can change; Your attitude Your spirit Your health, physically, mentally, and spiritually Getting beyond the thoughts of the great story about the trapeze, flying through the air uncontrollably and with faith flinging to the next bar, I'm finding transformation is more than just being open to changes and 'going for it' at any old time. Change alone is not transformation. However, the willingness to make change plays a big part. We must open ourselves for changes. Perhaps, forget judgements and competition. I've always liked the quote from 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' when sweet Jessica replies 'I'm not really like this, I'm just drawn that way'. Isn't that true. We are all just look differently. Letting these judgements and competitions go, we can enjoy the changes. After all, change is the only truly thing we can count on. I believe that having the strength to be yourself. To be able stand for what you believe in, even if you must stand alone, the love to make mistakes and learn from them, and accepting there are no true failures, we begin to make our transformation. So, for transformation to occur we must: Have the strength to stand strong the love for ourselves, and the willingness to make changes, whatever they may be. 'Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.' Jalaluddin Rami Pat
